New invention of apple

Apple has to describe how increase money from HTC in a patent arrangement to Samsung, a judge prevalence.
Apple arranged all patent litigation with HTC two weeks later  They also putted into a ten-year licensing agreement. The terms of their deal were never open.
Analyst Shaw Wu at Sterne Agree said he Apple was taking $6-$8 for alltime HTC phone sold. HTC's CEO later issued a non-denial denial about that number describing, "I think that these ideas has no base and very much wrong. It is a outrageous number, but I'm not going to comment anything on a special number. I have a faith that we have a very much glade settlement and a happy ending.
If Wu's numbers were true, then Apple could take in $2-$3 billion above ten years from HTC. That's much money than Apple won in its successful patent lawsuit with Samsung in the U.S., where a jury awarded Apple $1 billion.
That Samsung suit with Apple is ongoing, and Samsung won the right to see how much Apple is charging for its patents. Only Samsung and Apple's lawyers will be allowed to see the agreement, says Charles Smith at The Guardian.
Apple has tried to comment with Samsung, but Samsung thought Apple wanted too more for its patents. It will be have interest for Samsung to see how many HTC paid. If Apple gave HTC a discount on patents, Samsung will idly try to use this in court.
